It is my great honor to highlight Mr. Bob Walsmith in this month’s blog.

I want to help with more than just buying and selling a home. Recommendations such as local restaurants, wineries, golf courses, just to name a few.
I come from an engineering background and people love working with me because I excel in being detail oriented and process driven. I help the real estate process be smooth and stress free.
I am a member of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors (SBAOR), the Santa Ynez Valley Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), GREEN Certified by NAR, a member of the SBAOR Board of Directors for five years, 2020 SBAOR Budget & Finance Chair, 2021 Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Chair, and the 2022 SBAOR President.
I have lived on the Central Coast for most of my life and feel very fortunate enough and lucky to call Santa Barbara my home. Great weather, great scenery, and great people make for a wonderful place to live! I am also very lucky to have a wonderful and amazing woman in my life; my beautiful wife Julie. We were married in June of 2014. She has lived in Santa Barbara most of her life and is the Office Manager at Hope School. My passions are golf, hiking, fine dining, cooking for Julie, and fine wine.
I am on the board of directors of The Alpha Resource Center of Santa Barbara and have been for five years.”
